Setting-Up For the Campout

Wednesday July 16, 2025 - You may begin arriving at 2:15pm.  Most of us stay overnight Wednesday - Sunday.

There are many tasks to be completed with varying skill levels.

If you are able to bring a dessert or snack to pass it is appreciated.

Our Pot-Luck so far includes: 

1. Sausage and Peppers (for 12) 

2. Four boxes of cold pizza 

3. Carmens Pizza 

4. Chicken Dish also Utz Potato Chips from the Utz factory 

5. Jambalaya 

6. Big Container cut-up Watermelon

7. 160 1" Meatballs in sauce 

8. Roasted tomatoes and red onion over pasta double batch

9. Senapes Pitza and a dessert 

10. Noodles Romano triple batch 

11. Macaroni Salad 

12. Pasta Salad
